The Chair Spot – Rental Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all rentals and sales of goods (the “Goods”) by The Chair Spot Rental LLC (“The Chair Spot”) to the customer (“Customer”). By placing an order, Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms, including orders made by any agent, event planner, or representative acting on Customer’s behalf.

2. Acceptance / Sole Terms

These Terms, together with any signed rental contract, constitute the full agreement between The Chair Spot and Customer. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by Customer are void unless specifically approved in writing by The Chair Spot. Accepting delivery of any Goods constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

Payment is due in full in U.S. dollars at the time of booking or as stated in the contract.
Prices may change due to adjustments in quantities, specifications, delivery requirements, or government regulations.
Any additional charges will be billed to Customer. No discounts apply unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Delivery & Acceptance of Goods

Customer shall inspect Goods upon delivery and report any issues immediately. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the items.
Customer is responsible for providing safe access to the delivery and pickup locations, including permits or approvals if required.
The Chair Spot may refuse delivery or pickup if safe access is not provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Chair Spot’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (partial or full) for defective Goods. This is Customer’s sole remedy for any issues.

6. Disclaimer of Consequential & Incidental Damages

The Chair Spot is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of use, or injury to persons or property resulting from use of the Goods. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold The Chair Spot harmless against all such claims.

7. Insurance

Unless explicitly stated in the contract, The Chair Spot does not provide insurance coverage for rented or purchased Goods.

8. Damage, Loss & Destruction

Customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented Goods during the rental period. Customer assumes full liability for any resulting injury or property damage.

9. Return of Rented Goods

All Goods must be returned in the same condition and at the time and location specified in the contract.
Customers are responsible for safe storage of Goods prior to pickup.
Late, missing, or damaged items may result in additional charges, including replacement costs.

10. No Refunds on Purchased Goods

Goods purchased by the Customer, whether used or unused, are non-refundable.

11. Indemnification

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Chair Spot, its agents, and employees from all claims, damages, or costs arising from the use or rental of Goods.

12. Assignment

These Terms are binding on successors and assigns of the Customer and The Chair Spot. The Customer may not assign or transfer the contract without written consent from The Chair Spot.
